Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours of completed processing to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP

Store pickup is not currently available online. You may place specialized orders in store and request shipping to the store at any time to receive no cost shipping. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is not currently offered at this location.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

All online orders will utilize calculated shipping rates at this time. Calculated shipping rates will vary depending on geographical location and shipping option chosen at check out. We currently offer two options for shipping. 

  • Economy: Calculated Rate* (5-8 business days)
  • Standard: Calculated Rate (3-4 business days)

*Orders totaling $50 or more before tax are eligible for free shipping when selecting economy shipping.  

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES 

We accept returns on items up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused/unworn in its original condition with all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Some exclusions apply as outlined in our return policy which can be found here: REFUND POLICY 

In the event your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at beautiful.u@fly-vibez.com so that we may correct the issue. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and brief description of the issue in your email. We will address these situations on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards satisfaction. 

Please note all returns are subject to approval. All return requests should be sent to beautiful.u@fly-vibez.com for approval. Items mailed to our return location without prior approval will be denied. Approved returns will result in a full refund, which will processed with in 10 business days. Please keep in mind some banks may have additional delays in depositing your refund. If 15 days or more pass after your refund is approved, please contact us.
